Just one dumb question.. will this overwrite my default app or will it install in parallel.. i just want to avoid installing this and go looking for the stock app apk in case things don’t work for me.. thanks in advance..

This version 8.0240.20 losses the excellent portrait mode. Do you still have the previous version that I can download. The 8.0240.20 version replaces the original and now I don’t have the original anymore.

Tested this on my Nokia 8. For the low light. The stock app seems to capture more light than the latest app.

In reply to Sahil Malik. Can share screenshot of the new UI? The camera for Nokia 8 is slow. Focus is still.an issue. There is a delay in taking photo. Clumsy interface.

It looks like lumia UI will not be used…but camera app will not be the same…as they updated another UI for Nokia 5 with Oreo beta update…!

It’s a pity as this affirms either a delay in the Lumia camera UI or the Lumia UI will not be used at all.
