Worst decision I’ve made was to believe HMD aka Nokia would live up to promising version upgrades. I have the Nokia G22 with Android 12, since it’s release I have had only security patches. I was promised at least android 13 last year, nothing. I emailed them keeping it polite and calm, no reply. I did the same on Facebook page of HMD via direct message, no reply. Now 2024, android 12 is the worst OS yet, lockups, crashes, apps saying no WiFi untill I reset the whole damn thing.

Not fulfilling promises is bad but not replying to all communications, even if the are having issues, a statement, even a basic reply, nothing, but the do love emailing me to buy a new Nokia. Never again…

Still no Android 13 available on the T21. Security updates not coming every month.

My wife has got Android 13 with the December security patch on it in the UK. It sometimes crashes but generally it is stable.
