it is, though I'd say the review is oddly not as thorough as usual GSMArena standards. I'd say it's X30 initial review all over again, which the camera was total whack until a bunch of updates for the latter. maybe they were expecting that August update too but decided not worth the wait

could be the reason why HMD is reluctant to make it available globally on launch and set it back to 20th August. I'll wait and see if there's improvement, though Nothing 2a CE is around the corner as alternative for me

Bearing in mind the review is based on the released software and not the proposed August fix.
