The hotspot and WiFi features are just for fancy, they don’t work, not to talk of the WhatsApp feature. The software upgrade doesn’t work, to add to it, the buttons just started falling off one by one. Since then the phone has been in the bag unused after I tried returning it for the one I really want and it was rejected by the same Jumia that I ordered it from. I just wasted that money.😥🤦

Shame that the 8110 had such a bad keypad.
